Multidisciplinary cooperation in nursing homes

7 This diploma thesis deals with the topic of multidisciplinary cooperation in nursing homes. At the beginning of the work, a chapter on nursing service is prepared, where everything related to i tis described. From the nursing service, the text of the thesis moves to the group of seniors, old age and aging, where all important concepts are defined. The next chapter deals with the quality standards of social services, and the following, the fourth, shows what other social services can be used by people belonging to the PS target group. In the fifth chapter, the thesis deals with multidisciplinary cooperation, the composition of the multidisciplinary team and the experts who can be part of the team. The is also a code of ethics. Chaptet six describes two facilities, specifically two nursing gomes, where the research was conducted. The chapter is supplemented by price lists in Annexes 3 and 4. The penultimate chapter, entitled Long- term care, i salso important for this work, as this topic is again closely related to nursing services and, above all, multidisciplinary teams and cooperation between individua members. Establishing, maintaining and developing the quality management system CSN EN ISO 9001:2009 in education

The presented work deals with the quality of education and elaborates upon the implementation of system of quality management ISO 9001 as one of the ways of possible improvement of a process and outcomes of education. Introduction included in the theoretical part is focused on explanation of the concepts of education quality, quality management, quality of a school, quality standards, quality control and quality management models. The subsequent part of the work contains implementation of a quality management system. The following chapter deals with process management as a means of maintaining quality management system. The final chapter of the theoretical part describes cloud computing as the latest and most progressive path of development of quality management. The object of the research is to develop a model of implementation of the quality management system. Actual implementation model build on a previous qualitative research conducted in several schools, performed in a form of a case study. In the appendix part, a number of actual documents are attached in order to better convey the implementation process. Difficulties arising from individual planning in a particular old people's home

This diploma thesis analyzes the current situation of the individual planning of social services in a particular home for the elderly. It attempts to focus on uncovering the causes of partial failures in the individual planning process from the perspective of key employees. Therefore, the main research question of this diploma thesis is: "What are the problematic aspects of individual planning in a particular home for the elderly?" The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on the legislative basis for the social services, including a definition of home services for the elderly, quality of social services, principles and specifics of individual planning with the elderly, and the role of the key employee in the system of individual planning during the provision of social services. In the introduction of the empirical part, the choice of qualitative research strategy has been justified where the technique of collecting data was described, units of the research were defined, the main research question was operationalized, and the research organization was described. Master's Degree Thesis. The object of this work is to identify the weaknesses of the current system of the alternative care by comparing casuistry with the standards of quality. I use casuistry of the current or former clients of foster care. In the first part I put the topic of social and legal protection of children into context of international and constitutional documents. There is also a chapter about the Standars Quality4Children. Then I focus on the situation in the Czech republic. I start with the descripction of the current system and finish with the process of transformation of the system of care for children at risk. The bill changing the Act No. 359/1999 Coll. on the social and legal protection of children was published. Petra Slaná ABSTRACT The thesis "Quality of domiciliary services from a user's perspective" deals with issues of quality of care services. Its aim was to find out what users expect from a quality service. Based on qualitative research and knowledge gained from practice was also to create a methodology for user satisfaction domiciliary services. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part contains the definition of old age, approaching the issue of aging, self-sufficiency and human needs in old age. It provides demographic and statistic data about the aging population. It focuses on social services in general, their definition, types and forms. It outlines the form of social services for seniors in the Czech Republic and in selected countries of European Union. It describes systems of quality used in the commercial sphere and in the service area. The theoretical part concludes with an overview of the factors which determine user satisfaction. Increasing quality of the social service of home for the elderly in Karviná

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou standardů kvality poskytovaných služeb, konkrétně zvyšováním kvality sociálních služeb Domova pro seniory v Karviné. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak se projevuje subjektivní vnímání pracovníků ohledně způsobu poskytování sociálních služeb na základě jejich poslání, zásad poskytování služeb, osobních cílů uživatelů služby a jejich chování a postojů. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování kvality, a to v souvislosti s kvalitou poskytovaných služeb domova pro seniory, měření a zvyšování kvality sociálních služeb. Dále se zabývá přístupy zaměřené na člověka jako model, který může být vodítkem "dobré" služby v návaznosti na možné důkazy o zvýšení kvality poskytovaných pobytových služeb pro osoby vyššího věku. Ty vycházejí především ze standardů kvality poskytovaných služeb. Postoje a chování pracovníků jsou sledovány v rámci empirické části ve vybraných situacích, které jsou v organizaci považovány z hlediska přímé péče a ochrany práv uživatele za rizikové. Na základě výsledků z ohniskových skupin jsou vytvořena doporučení, která mohou být základem pro změny v pojetí kvality v dané pobytové sociální službě a nastavení programu jejího zvyšování. Problems of the ethics of the social service inspector's professional behaviour in the residential facilities

The presented dissertation is concerned with the ethic features of the quality of the social services inspectors professional behaviour in the residental facilities. This dissertation is divided into two main parts. The first part comprises theoretical bases related to given problems with the analysis of the relevant professional literature. The other part comprises with the actual research, the aim of which was finding ethical contexts of the inspection performance, inspector's education in the ethics, ethic code of the inspectors, the inspector profession and the value preferences of the inspectors. The main target is to analyze the ethical connections during the ispection performance in chosen residential facilities of the social services. In the research the quantitative and qualitative methods, the questionnaire survey and structural interviews were used. Based on the synthesis of the acquired knowledge the dissertation presents a view of the ethics application in professional activities of the inspectors. The diploma thesis deals with ethical dilemmas, which social worker ordinary experiences during his work at the OSPOD (Service for the Protection of Children's Rights). The aim of the thesis is to present OSPOD, documents which are part of this work and ethical connection with social work. The aim of the research is to identify the most serious ethical dilemmas and the possibilities how to solve them. The qualitative method of research using semistructured interviews is used to realize the aim of the thesis. The research is carried out at the OSPOD in Český Krumlov.
Social Services Methodologist: Job Profile in Terms of Qualification and Personality

The topic of this diploma thesis is the qualification and personality profile of the job title - methodology specialist in the social services in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of this work describes the quality of social services because their setting, evaluation and management are in the spotlight during last few decades. This work deals with the law on social services and with social services quality standards which are the benchmark of quality for these services. The job title methodology specialist in social services is described in detail in the chapter describing social services workers. Conclusion of the theoretical part of this work highlights the importance of human resources for the organization and the importance of the job title description. The practical part of this work is aimed on mapping of competency and personality profile of the job title of current methodology specialists in social services. There are used qualitative research methods specifically semi structured interviews with employees who work in this position. The analysis of gained information gives answers to research questions and creates a picture of competency and personal profile of methodology specialist in the social services field.
